How To Prepare
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Divide the dough into four equal parts. On a floured board, roll each section into a small 5-inch circle with a rolling pin. Drop two tablespoons of preserves into the center of each circle and spread on dough up to within 1 inch of edge of a circle.
Fold the dough over into half-moons. Turn the edges up and press with a fork to seal. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
