How to prepare Vermicelli Kheer with dry fruits

Here is all about the preparation of Vermicelli Kheer with dry fruits for four people. It takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare.


100 gm of vermicelli

400 ml milk

200 ml water

50 gm sugar / jaggery / brown sugar / coconut sugar

100 gm assorted dry fruits – dates, cashew nuts, pistachio, almonds, raisins

100 ml of condensed milk

100 ml cow ghee

How to cook

Heat ghee and sauté vermicelli until it gets golden brown.

Now, add dry fruits in it and sauté well for more than two minutes.

Then, add milk. Stir well and bring it to a rumbling boil.

Add water and bring to a boil for six minutes.

Now, add sugar or other sweetening agents and mix well.

Finally, add condensed milk and simmer on medium heat for five minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
