Make Pound Cake From Scratch…


Ingredients 
 
Unsalted butter 1 cup
Eggs (broken)
Breakfast sugar (low sugar content) 1 cup
Refined flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 cup 
Vanilla extracts 1 Tsp
Lime zest 1 tsp
 
How to prepare
 
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degree Celsius, grease, and line an 8-inch cake tin butter paper. Beat the butter and sugar till the time it becomes fluffy.
 
Now add eggs in flour successions, make sure to mix completely each time eggs are added.
 
To the mixture, add flour, baking powder, lemon zest and vanilla extract.
 
Pour the prepared cake tin and bake in the oven for 45 min-1 hours. Your cake is ready.
