Marinated Baby Corns With Curd

To Serve: Mint chutney

Method: Wash the baby corns. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and marinate the baby corns for half an hour. Pick each baby corn and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till light brown in colour. Serve hot with spicy mint chutney.
