Ingredients
 
1 Cup Lobia 
3-4 Flakes garlic
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
2 tbsp Ghee
1 Onion 
1" Piece of Ginger 
1/2 tsp Garam masala 
2 Tomatoes (blanched and chopped)
 
For Garnishing
 
Few coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 red chili powder 
Salt to taste
 
How to prepare
 
Soak the labia in three cups of water for about 2-3 hours. Add a pinch of salt and cook till tender. Grind onion, ginger, and garlic to a fine paste.
 
Heat ghee and fry onion until golden brown in color. Add all the masalas, tomatoes and cook till the ghee floats on the top.
 
Mix labia and one cup of boiled water simmer over low flame until the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
