Onion Urad Dal


 

For garnishing: Few coriander leaves (chopped)

Method: Onion Urad Dal Add cumin seeds and rest of the spices, fry for a minute. Add soaked dal and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on low flame till all water evaporates and the dal is tender. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
