{/googleAds} How to perpare: Peal and slit bitter gourd. remove all seeds and wash then well. dry with a clean cloth. combine khoya, coconut, green chilli, ginger, cashewnuts, raisins, garam masala and a little salt. fill gourds evenly with the khoya mixture, tie with a thread and keep aside. heat oil in apan. lower bitter gourds, stir fry on a low flame until golden in colour. then cover and cook on low flame until done. remove the thread and serve hot.
