{/googleAds} How to prepare: Heat 1 table spoon oil in a deep pan and add 1/2 table spoon cumin seeds. When they stop sizzling. add 1 medium size finely chopped onion and fry till soft.
Add 5 cm grated ginger and 3 cloves of garlic, chopped and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 chopped green chilli, chopped large tomato, 1 table spoon coriander powder, 1/2 table spoon cumin powder, 1/4 table spoon turmeric powder and 1/2 table spoon garam masala powder and fry till the oil separates from the masala.
Now add 100gm red kidney beans, 3 cups of warm water, a pinch asafetida, salt to taste and cook till beans are very sort.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve piping hot with roti.
