Two tablespoon cooking oil
A third fourth cup Garlic sauce
350 grams prawns
One small chopped onion
One cup chopped mixed bell peppers
Salt to taste
Half teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon sesame seeds
Chopped spring onions for garnishing
How to prepare
Heat a frying pan over the high heat. Add cooking oil, onions and bell peppers in it. Saute the vegetables for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper now. Then add prawns to the pan and cook for two minutes approximately.
Now, add garlic sauce and bubble for a minute to thicken.
Add some spring onions and sesame seeds for garnishing in it now.
Transfer it to a serving plate and serve with well steamed white rice.
