Try eggless cake this festive season


1-1/4 Pounds soft tofu patted dry 
1 Pound firm tofu, patted dry 
3/4 Cup sugar 
1/4 Cup lemon juice 
3 Tablespoon soy milk 
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract 
1 Recipe Graham cracker Crust

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Make the puree of tofu, soy milk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice in a blender until it gets smooth. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cheesecake cool completely before serving.
