Ingredients
100 gms Paneer (cut into cubes)
100 gms carrots (chopped)
250 gms cauliflower (chopped)
100 gms Tomatoes (chopped)
10-12 pieces Cashew nuts (crushed)
2 green chilies (chopped)
100 gms cream
Salt to taste
1 stick cinnamon (crushed)
4 tbsp butter
250 gms potatoes (peeled and chopped)
100 gms French beans (chopped)
250 gms peas (shelled)
100 gms Onions (chopped)
4 green cardamoms (crushed)
1" Ginger (chopped)
2 tbsp milk
3/4 tsp Red chili powder
4 cloves (crushed)
Oil for frying
How to prepare
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry paneer cubes until golden in color. Now, steam the potatoes, carrots, beans, cauliflower, and peas until tender and crunchy.
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry onion, green chilies and ginger. Add tomatoes and cook till the masala is done. Grind onion- tomato masala, cashew nuts, cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves to a fine paste. Add salt and red chili powder. Stir fry for few minutes on a low flame and then add steamed vegetables. Mix well. Add paneer, cream, and milk. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle little garam masala on top and serve hot.
