Vegetable Seekh Kabab


Method: Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Grind ginger, garlic, grenn chillies and coriander leaves to a fine paste. Combine mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, crumbled paneer, seasoning and soaked bread slices. Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions. Flatten them and fold the mixture using moist hands on to the skewer till it encircles it properly. Baste with oil and roast in a preheated grill until golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
