You have eaten lots of potato Samosa, now taste a samosa filled with the Kismish filling.
Ingredients
100-gram flour
100-gram potato
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Amchoor powder
1 tablespoon raisins
2 green chillies
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon ajwain
1/4 tablespoon garam masala
Oil for frying
How to prepare
Soak raisins in water and keep it aside. Boil, peel potatoes and mash them gently with hand.
Finely chop green chillies and green coriander. Make a dough using flour water, oil, and ajwain. Heat oil and saute the potatoes along with peanuts, jeera powder and Amchoor powder. Check the seasonings and finish it with fresh coriander leaves.
Make small roundels of 20gm each from the dough, flatten them with a rolling pin into a 4-inch diameter and cut them in the shape of a crescent moon.
Now field these crescent-shaped pieces of dough to make cones. Put the filling in them and close them from all the sides.
Heat the oil and deep fry cones until light golden brown and crisp.
