Ingredients
1/2 Cup soft margarine, softened
1 Cup sugar
Egg replacer equivalent of 4 eggs
1-3/8 Cup flour
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
Soy milk

How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a square pan.
Cream the margarine with an electric mixer until it gets smooth. Add the sugar gradually.
Add the egg replacer and mix it well. Add the flour and baking powder and stir it. If the mixture is too dry, add a few drops of soy milk.
Spread the mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Now, allow the cake to cool and frost with your favorite vegan frosting.
