You can prepare Raspberry brownies in your kitchen easily by this method. It is a very good idea of anytime snacks.
One cup of Raspberries
One cup of sugar
½ Cup of butter
½ Cup of chocolate
One cup of flour
½ teaspoon of baking soda
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a square brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk four eggs with one cup of sugar. Then, pour 1/2 cup melted butter, chocolate and give it a whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix one cup of flour, pinch of salt and half teaspoon baking powder. Add the other dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix them until it forms a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and top it with one cup of raspberries. Bake it for about 25 to 35 minutes until the top of the brownie is dry, shows mild crackle and the centre is set.
Cool completely a room temperature before you slice it.
