Ingredients
1/4 Cup of assorted berries
One tablespoon of maple syrup
One cup of condensed milk
One cup whipping cream
How to prepare
Put 1/4 cup of assorted berries in a blender along with one tablespoon of maple syrup and mix it. Once done, divide the mixture evenly to fill the bottom part of six popsicle moulds.
Pour one cup of condensed milk and one cup of heavy whipping cream into the same blender. Give it a whisk and pour it on top of the berry mixture in the moulds. Allow the popsicle moulds to free for 30 minutes.
Take out moulds and insert a stick in the centre of each of the mould and let it freeze completely for five hours at least.
To release ice pop from the mould, take a glass of warm water and dip the mould carefully by holding the sticks and pull it out.
