Ingredients
1/2 Cup crumbled firm or medium firm Tofu
1/3 Cup water
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons sesame meal
1 Tablespoon vinegar (cider, white wine, or rice)
1 Teaspoon salt or 1 tablespoon white miso + 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Large clove garlic, crushed
1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
1/4 Teaspoon soy sauce or Veggie Worcestershire Sauce
How to prepare
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until very smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more water. Keep refrigerated in a covered jar.
