To Serve: Ketchup and green chutney
Method: Combine cashew nuts, raisins, green chillies, salt, garam masala, cornflour and mashed paneer. Mix well and knead into a soft dough. Make rolls and keep them aside. Add water to plain flour and
make a thin batter, dip rolls in the batter and roll over bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden brown in colour. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
