Warm or cold bread pudding


4 Cups cubed one-day old whole wheat or white bread

3 Cups soy milk

3/4 Cup sugar

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 Cup raisins

1/2 Cup chopped almonds

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put the bread into a square baking pan. Stir the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over the bread. Stir again to mix. Bake for 30 minutes. You can serve it warm or cool.
