Method: Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Put them into a pressure cooker along with little water, saffron, turmeric powder and salt. Cook until chicken is done. When done cool and open the pressure cooker. Wash and drain rice. Heat ghee add whole garam masala and sliced onions saute until brown. Add ginger and garlic fry for a minute, add tomatoes, whole green chillies and coriander leaves, cook until tomatoes are done. Add salt, fried ingredients and required water to chicken, bring to a boil add rice and lime juice. Cover and cook till rice is done. Serve hot.
