Chicken Kebabs


For garnishing: Chaat masala for  taste * few coriander leaves * lemon wedges

 

Method: Wash, dry and cut chicken into equal size pieces. Add salt, kasoori methi, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and garam masala. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, stir fry chicken on allow flame for 5 minutes. Cover and cook till done. Serve hot garnished with chat masala, coriander leaves & lemon wedges.
