Chocolate frosting for the Yellow Cake


Ingredients

3 Ounces sweetened

2 Teaspoons margarine

1/4 Cup hot water

2 Cups confectioners sugar

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Prepare

Melt the chocolate and margarine together over very low heat. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and add some hot water. Slowly stir in the sugar until the frosting gets creamy. Now, add the vanilla and stir. Allow the frosting to cool.

It frosts one large cake.

For Mocha Frosting, you can substitute hot coffee for the hot water.
