Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chips
How to prepare
Cook the sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Remove from the heat and add peanut butter, cereal and mix well. Spread the mixture in a 9 13-inch pan. In a double, melt the chocolate chips and pour over the cereal mixture. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
Makes 2 dozen squares
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 hour
