Ingredients
Egg replacer equivalent of 6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup grated bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon coca powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup red wine
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the egg replacer, sugar, margarine and vanilla, then add the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a 9-inch springform pan and bake forty to forty-five minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely, remove the springform and serve.
