Cranberry Salad


Method: Chop the cranberries in food processor, than add the sugar, and mix. Letstand for 2 hours. Cut the mandarin oranges in half. Add, along with the remaining ingredients, to the cranberries,mex well and chill.

Yield: about 2 quarts
