6 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice ( from 1 large orange)
1/4 cup soft or medium-firm tofu
1/4 cup tofu mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
White bulbs of 3 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon soy bacon bits or chips
1 teaspoon sugar or other sweetener
1 large clove garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to prepare
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy. Refrigerate.
