Crispy and delicious Bharwan Tandoori Aloo


Ingredients

6 Potatoes medium

1 Tablespoon ginger and garlic paste

½ Tablespoon cumin seeds

100gm hung curd

1 Tablespoon red chilli powder

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

100gms peas

½ Tablespoon turmeric powder

3 Green chillies chopped

Some raisins

1 Tablespoon subzi masala

2 Tablespoon refined oil

How to prepare

Peel the boiled potatoes and fry till it gets golden brown.

Heat the oil. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies and saute. Mash peas with a spoon and take it off the heat. Add masala and raisins and stuff this mixture into the potatoes.

Make a marination with hung curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and subzi masala. Marinate potatoes in it and refrigerate it for an hour.

Roast marinated potatoes in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minute.

Serve with mint chutney and lachha onion.
