Tandoori Paneer Cubes


Ingredients 
 
Paneer
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Red chili 
2 Green Chili
Spinach
1 tbsp Cream 
1 tbsp Hung curd
10-12 Mint leaves 
1 tsp Salt 
1/2 tsp Lemon juice 
1 tbsp Cooking oil 
1 tbsp Corn flour 
Ice cold water 
 
How to prepare
 
Cut Paneer into even sized pieces and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder some lemon juice.
 
Boil spinach and cool it by putting it in ice cold water. Blend with mint leaves and green chilies mix hung curd, cream, spinach mixture, ginger paste, cornflower and gram flour, oil, salt and lemon juice.
 
Coat the Paneer pieces with the mixture. Skewer Paneer pieces and cook it in a Tandoor.
Serve hot with chutney.
