Crispy Paneer Salad



Method: Remove crusts from bread and cut into small cubes. Place on an oven tray & bake until crisp  and lightly golden .Transfer to a bowl, cool completely. Add paneer cubes, coriander leaves, mint  leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss well and serve cold.
