{/googleAds} How to perpare : peel, wash and prick tindas, with the fork. heat oil in a kadahi gently fry tindas until they turn pink in colour. remove tindas from the kadahi and keep then aside in the remaining oil fry cumin seeds add tomato puree, ginger, salt, garam masla, tuemeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder, cook until the masala is done drop in the fried tindas and half cup of hot water stir well cover ans cook until tindas are just tender.
add to curd, stirring, cook for another two-three minutes. serve hot garnished with green coriander leaves.
