Method: Wash and soak dal in water for 3-4 hours. When soft drain out all water. Combine dal, flour, all masalas and ghee. Add required water and knead into a dough. Take a little dough at a time. Make a ball and roll it in the shape of a poori, deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour on both sides. Serve hot with raita and chutney.
