Ingredients
100 gms String beans
2-1/2 cups Curd
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Corns (fresh)
A pinch Asafoetida
A spring curry leaves
1 tsp Oil
How to prepare
Remove string from beans, chop into 1/2" Pieces. Cook beans and corns in a little water till tender. Drain and keep in a bowl to cool. Beat curd adds beans and corns. Heat one tsp of oil and fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida. As soon as mustard seeds crackle, pour it over the Raita. Stir gently and serve cold.
