Method: Beat the eggs well , add salt and pepper into the beaten eggs to taste and prepare a thick omelet in a frying pan folding the two sides when it is done cut into big cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry ginger-garlic paste. Add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook till the masala is done. Add cream and gently drop in egg cubes. Stir for 1-2 minutes and serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
