Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
1/3 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Pulp of 1 honeydew melon, chopped
Pulp of 1 cantaloupe, chopped
2 nectarines, pitted and chopped
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
How to prepare
Combine the orange and grapefruit juice, cornstarch, oil and sugar in a saucepan. Stir well until all humps are dissolved. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about five minutes. Remove from the heat and add the poppy seeds. Stir thoroughly, cover and chill. Combine all the fruit in a large salad bowl and toss. Refrigerate until serving. Pour the dressing over the fruit right before serving.
