Ice-Cream Balls



Method: Mix cream, cocoa powder and sugar well. Place coconut in a plate. Make a round ball with vanilla ice-cream scoop and roll over desiccated coconut. Dip the ball in the cream mixture, roll again over desiccated coconut. Heat oil to a smoking point and deep fry ice-cream balls to golden brown in colour. When done serve immediately.
