Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
How to prepare
Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat, then saute the broccoli in the oil for two minutes. Add the garlic, sunflower seeds, water, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the liquid has evaporated, about three to five minutes. Remove pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Serve immediately.
