Method: Beat egg add salt, pepper, coriander leaves, cheese, mint powder and green chilli. Take wheat dough make aball and roll with the rolling pin. Apply little ghee and fold in the shape of parantha. Place it on a hot griddle and cook till half done. Open parantha with the knife and pour in the egg mixture. Applying oil cook until the parantha and egg is well done. Serve hot with ketchup.
