Moong Salad: Evergreen And Anytime…


Ingredients 

2 Cups sprouted Moong Dal
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Green chili (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice 
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 Potato (boiled, peeled and cut into cubes)
2 Small Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare

Sprinkle little water and cook sprouted Dal until tender. Cool it and add all the ingredients to it. Mix well and serve cold.
