{/googleAds} Ingreadient: 4 slices wheat bread, 1 table spoon margarine, 2 medium tomatoes (sliced), 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste,
nutrional yeast flakes.
How To Prepare: Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees. Toast the bread and set aside.In a small frying pan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes and mushrooms and saute until soft, about 4 minutes add salt and pepper to taste.
Place a little of the tamato-mushroom mixture on each piece of toast.
Sprinkle with the yeast flakes and heat for two minutes in an oven serve immediately.
