To Serve: soup sticks & butter
Method: Heat 2 teaspoon of butter in a suacepan and saute onion and garlic. Add mushrooms to it and fry gently until soft. Add tomatoes, Whole spices, seasoning and water, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Mix in a blender. Mash and sieve the soup. Put to boil, make a paste of cornflour & milk and add to hot mushroom soup, simmer until thick. Serve hot with soup sticks and butter.
