Ingredients
4 Potatoes (boiled and sliced)
1 tsp Garlic paste
A pinch of orange color (food)
2 Onions (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Tomatoes (sliced)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Oil
1 Capsicum (sliced)
How to prepare
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and arrange potatoes, tomatoes, onions and capsicum alternatively on to the skewers. Roast in a pre-heated oven until light golden. Serve hot on a bed of lettuce.
