Method: Sift both flour with salt and rub in the melted ghee. Add water and make a soft dough. Keep it covered with damp cloth for half an hour. Divide the dough into small balls and make thin and big rotis. Heat the kadhai upside down on the gas and cook the roti slightly on the inverted kadahi. Fold it and serve hot with kebabs.
