Method: Combine salt, ghee, sugar, cream, kewra essence and flour. Add required water and knead into  soft dough. Shape into round ball and roll on a flat board. Apply little ghee, fold and roll again. Place on a hot griddle and cook both sides applying ghee until pink spots from on top. Serve hot
ith kebabs.
