Stuffed Paneer Curd Mushrooms


Method for filling: Combine all the ingredients  together and keep aside.

Method: Wash mushrooms and remove the stem. Fill the paneer mixture in the hollow of mushrooms and keep aside. Whisk curd and add all the remaining ingredients to it mix well. Dip the stuffed mushrooms into the curd mixture and thread onto thin skewers. Grill in the oven till it is complete.  Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
