Method: Combine maida, salt, thyme and oil. Add required water and knead into a hard dough. Make equal size balls, roll each into a shape of chapati and cut with a sharp knife into thin strips. Prick with fork and deep fry until golden brown in colour. Remove and keep aside to cool. When cool place few of them in a pudding plate. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and strawberry ice-cream. Garnish with grated
chocolate and coloured aniseeds and serve immediately.
