Ingredients
2 Small packets of noodles
1 Tablespoon oil
Ginger garlic paste
1 Onion chopped
1 Green chili chopped
1 Tomato chopped
2/3 Cup Peas
2/3 Cup broccoli small pieces
1/4 Tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon coriander powder
3 Tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
How to prepare
Put the oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes as well as green chilies.
Now, add the onions to get brown. Add all the vegetables. Stir a bit and let the smell fill your senses. Add red chili powder. Cook the veggies till they get softer.
Now, this is time to add 400ml water and let it boil. Drop the noodles and wait for five minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
