This chocolate cheesecake would mesmerize you


Ingredients 

1-1/2 Pounds firm tofu 
1 Pounds soft tofu
2-1/2 Cups sugar 
1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips 
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract 
1 Teaspoons almond extract 
1 Recipe Graham Cracker crust

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Blend the tofu and sugar in a blender until it gets smooth perfectly. Now, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then, add them to the already blended tofu and sugar. 

Add the vanilla and almond extracts and stir well.

Pour this batter into the baked crust. Bake until the cheesecakes have risen slightly on the sides and the top looks dry.

Cool before the cutting. The cheesecake is best if refrigerated for at least two hours before serving. But, it should be assured to let it cool before refrigerating.
