Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup distilled white vinegar
16-ounce can green beans
16-ounce can garbanzo beans
16-ounce can red kidney beans
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 green onion, chopped
How to prepare
Bring the sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. Let cool. Mean while, drain the beans and combine in a large bowl. Add the beans pepper, celery and green onion. Pour the dressing over the beans ans vegetables. Toss gently and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
Serves 8 to 10
