Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Store in the refrigerator.

3 teaspoons lemon juice
1.5 teaspoons salt
1.5 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
