White Chili


Method: Saute the onion, garlic and cumin in onion until the onions are soft. Place all the beans with their liquid and the chilies in a casserole dish. Add the onion mixture and mix well. Cover and bake at 350Ffor 45 minutes. Serve with hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
